Okay now I can't figure out how to burn an MP3.
I downloaded (1984) Live in Birmingham, and thought I had burned it perfectly...until I tried playing it in my stereo. It won't play!
Do I choose "data disc" or "audio" using Nero, and then what format do I choose? I tried mp3 pro, but it didn't work. I tried all formats, but that didn't work either.
It seemed to burn fine as a data disc, but like I said, it wouldn't play. The only thing it would play in is my region-free DVD player.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

As a data disc, the way I understand it, it won't play unless your CD/DVD reader can play the mp3 format.
Otherwise, you need to burn it as an audio disc to allow it to play in older CD players that are not mp3 compatible.

Thank you, but what format should I choose?
I chose audio, and I tried all the different formats, but none of them worked.

with nero select the musical note (audio) and select "make audio cd"
and drag/drop the mp3 files to the window
then make sure you select remove 2 second pause between tracks - essential for live tracks
