Uh..Mr. Farenheit, I did not call and ask about a catwalk and I was not treated kindly at all. I had questions about the directions seat numbers started in, ie. right to left, left to right. A very valid reason to call. These people are customer service agents and it is their job to service the customer, ie. Moi.
So what if I did call asking about a catwalk. Again, it is their job to answer the questions of their customers. I can call there and ask what color their curtains are and I should still be treated kindly and not as an inconvenience when they are getting paid to answer my questions about tickets to an event at their venue.
