Final Live In Japan - We Are The Champions

Sorry for asking a question which much get asked all the time, but I've tried doing some research but to no avail.

One DVD I don't have is the Final Live In Japan show released on DVD as We Are The Champions. I've found it available on the HMV website:

Sites and shops were always banging on about how the We Will Rock You Montreal DVD was Region 1 and only playable on compatible machines, but it is actually Region 0 and will play on my computer DVD player, PS2 and DVD player etc.

This DVD is listed as a Region 0, but NTSC. Is this information reliable? Will I be able to play it on my machines?
