Dude, the Greatest Karaoke Hits version IS the original version! Listen to it again, make sure to take out any earplugs you're wearing first.

no its not, it doesnt have the background bongos as an intro, or thru it at all infact, PLUS it dont have the xylaphone noise type thing during the chorus from "these days are all gone" so infact there are two versions!

That's because someone has edited (or cut out) the opening 6 seconds... before it came to you.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you have the "official" karaoke version, but you want some other version, which you don't have, but have heard and yet nobody else seems to know about it...?
