Roger Water plays "Dark Side" in hyde Park

1st of July- I just got tickets in pre-sale!!! Oh joy!!!
Just few months ago I've heard Dream Theater playing the entire album- and now it's going to be Him...!

Yup - not only will he play DSOTM;
He will play a 'regular'solo/Floyd set AND an EXTENDED version of DSOTM in live-surround sound!!

Entire show will last no less then 3 hours!

The only reason he is still denying it, is because otherwise he would not sell a single ticket for his solo-tour anymore.

Same for me, I'm going to see this show at the Arrow Rock Festival on the 10th of june. So again, I'm going to beat you on seeing the whole DSOTM album being played (DT did Amsterdam before London).
There's a good change this show is going to be recorded professionaly, since as far as I know, most shows of this festival are going to be recorded. Now only hope this is going to be released. I know of some recordings from previous festivals that leaked.

I'm gonna see his 3 hour show in Lichtenvoorde!

The way I see it is, is this -

Live 8 was a *fantastic* way for them to "end things". You could not find a better end than the show they played there.

That isn't to say I don't want more. Heck I want more shows and one more album from those guys!

Did you hear they (DT) are releasing the DVD recording of "Dark Side" shot at Hammersmith as a part of Officail Bootlegs project...? Can't fucking wait!!!
And yes- you'll tell me if Roger was any good :)
