The woman to Freddie's right wearing the black top is someone I recognize from the interview footage of Freddie's art college friends. I don't recall her name now, but she was sort of loud and obnoxious in the interview, claiming to have been very close to Freddie back in their school days.

She is described by those who knew her then as a rather bizarre and loud misfit whom Freddie had taken under his wing. and befriended.

I remember her b/c she made some really tacky statement about how Freddie had slept with a girlfriend of hers....she reports that her friend was "disappointed" in Freddie's sexual performance.

IMO, a true friend would not be telling TV interviewers such derogatory gossip 35+ years after the alleged incident.

I just watched the "Killer Queen" interviews/documentary DVD and the woman I mention in the above post is interviewed trashing Freddie while simultaneously bragging about having been his very close friend.

I agree it's probably the same woman, but you should of course have said "the woman to Freddie's left" or "to the right of Freddie"...
