Ok, so I just got back from the Washington, DC concert last night...which was AWESOME, by the way.... and I was very surprised about how the audience didn't sing along with '39! He would make a pause and the audience was supposed to sing, "can't you hear my call, though you're many years away," but when the chorus line came along there was complete SILENCE except for a select few of loyal fans ;) But still, How rude! So Brian cut the song short and scolded those arsewipes...but, no, my friend and I sang along with every song!!
Poor Brian. :-( I bet he thinks all of DC is a bunch of asses now..
btw #2: Bohemian Rhapsody was even better than Sheffield!!! In my opinion, that is.

Brian never performs the entire song. Why would you expect everybody to know it anyway? It's not like it was even a single.

I can't believe it.

I thought we sounded pretty good.
"Ladies and gentlemen... I guess that takes in most of you..." Groucho Marx, 'A Night at the Opera'
Brian doesnt think anything bad of us. We rocked and they knew it.
Hey, I was a few feet away from him and I was singing, much to the horror of those poor people within earshot of me ;)

Pieter's correct (as usual.) Brian performs a shortened version of '39.
I saved Spike's life in 'Nam.
I know but sheffield sounded so good, and I was comparing it to them. No need to shit all over me, you know.
Back whenever
