I don't think it's so much the people who wear fur as it is the people who furnish it. I mean, no one really has a problem with wearing leather. From what I understand, people are against the wearing of fur due to the inappropriate methods by which it is obtained. Of course, there is the "cuteness" factor, by which people's interests in animals is directly proportional to how cute they are.

but when you think of leather, its a cow, and they kill cows everyday for meat to put in a supermarket and then bought and eaten
