Because the European shows appeared not long after the show was over. The US shows haven't been shared or traded yet to my knowledge. So, that's why.

Exactly... Dunno- not many die hards willing to recoprd the shows? It's already 6th or 7th show and we heard apart from few snippets pretty much nothing... But I'm not worried yet- some will surface sooner or later...
