question about Munich post from "the game rules"

I can't understand why the post of "the game rules" get so few feedback, reactions and is downloaded only 44 times. Is it an old post or is it official stuff? If you look at some crappy post and see the reactions of the board members than this post should make "the game rules" the next president of America. I also had some stuff of Munich 78 but this is realy great.
