Do you have the DVD? If so, you can download several programs off of www.download.com to rip the audio from it.

Typically, this means that "these assholes" have went offline. Everyone has to turn their pc's off sometimes. It should resume when they're back online.
Besides, you already have the tape...just rip the audio from it and burn it to a cd. Its very simple.
