You need to calm down and play outside more often. Richard, the owner of this site is out of the country on business. He does have his own life and a real life job, something you would know nothing about since you are 12. Have some patience and when Richard returns from his business trip and has the time, he'll fix the problem. It's not the end of the world little miss.

just because im 12 you like to pick on me theres others who are my age or just like one year or two thats older then me and you dont pick on them? on the subject about the pic thingy its been ages and nothings been done i bet it wont be done for another year or something

You make it so easy to pick on you. You don't use proper spelling or grammar. You use a language that isn't even legible muchless comprehensible. You have no concept of what it takes to run a website of this size yet you demand someone fix something as minor as a profile picture option. You are ungrateful. What position are you in to demand anything of anyone? Other "peeps" whatever that is, might be annoyed at it but whoelse besides you feels the need to post in all caps demanding that this be fixed right away? Richard supplies you with this website for free and uses his own personal time and finances to upkeep it. YV does the same yet time after time I see these ungrateful posts from snobs like yourself demanding things. If you feel there is an issue with the board that needs attention, email Richard or YV and they will get to it as soon as they can. Posting in caps and demanding things is nothing but rude. You are rude and that is why I "pick" on you. If you keep being rude and demanding, I'll continue to point out the fact that you are rude and ungrateful.
Sasha gave you a wonderful suggestion. If you want to share photographs of yourself, upload them to photobucket.com and link to them until Richard can fix the issue.

I remember a time - this might've been a few years ago, around 1998 or 1999 - when if I didn't know the answer to something, I would look around a website until I found the answer I was looking for.

Their, not "there" email address can be found by pressing the words "contact us" in the upper left hand corner of your screen. What is spelled W-H-A-T, not wot. Using proper spelling helps other posters understand what you are trying to say and then they can help you faster. I suggest that if you do contact Richard or YV about the profile picture glitch, that you use proper English, grammar, and punctuation so they can figure out what you are trying to say to them.

It's not so much a physical age thing but the showing of immaturity, lack of respect, and rudeness that has traditionally been shown on this board by very young members. Perhaps this noticeboard is more of a mature environment and isn't suitable for some that aren't mentally mature enough to type in a manner where the majority can read the subject matter? We have multiple young members who contribute a lot to the board, so it's not just a physical age thing, it's more of a mental age thing.
