Or just rename it from *.DAT to *.MPG, because that's all it is, really ;)

yes, I think it's from New Haven '82
because in the lower right corner of the video
appears a logo 'New Haven -CN'

a *.dat file can also be viewed with Windows Media Player without renaming it
