They mention too many sources of influence to list but I know some of the really big ones were:

Freddie: Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, The Who, Aretha Franklin, etc.

Brian: Jeff Beck, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, AC/DC, etc.

Roger: The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, etc.(not sure of his favorites.

John: The only specific I have heard about his tastes is that he was a huge fan of The Police.
As far as i know Roger favourite band at the moment is U2 Brain likes Guns n Roses,Extreme and Def Leppard John likes The Police and Stevie Wonder and Freddie likedAretha Franklin.
And All I Can Do Is Surrender.
oooooooo Roger likes U2!!! Very interesting to know that one. Do you think he went to any of there tours? Like sometimes rockstars go to each others concerts.

Yeah, Freddie was a big Aretha Franklin fan, he also liked Liza Minnelli, Marliyn Monroe, Mae West, Elizabeth Taylor, etc. (Yeah, I know they werent recording artist, but he stil liked them nontheless) I was watching my Queen live at the Bowl DVD yesterday, and he was singing with the crowd like he always does, and he was telling the crowd 'sing it like Aretha Franklin!' lol...thats one of the many parts that made me laugh on the DVD!!!
