Nope, haven't got the tourbook or the 25% coupon for the queen online store either.
Me neither...I just emailed them asking though...
Just got an email back:
Unfortunately, the jackets are taking WAY longer than expected. They told us once ordered, it would take a week for them to arrive. It has been 3 weeks and no Jackets yet.
I certainly apologies about the hold up and hope to get these jackets out to the Fans sooner than later. The programs we have here and are waiting to ship with the Jackets.

Nice service, Artist Arena! Are these the same jackets that were in the merchandise stands? If so, I don't understand the hold up.
Thanks for the update All I Hear Is Radio Gaga. In a email from artist arena I got in early March, they said the jackets were denim, that's the only description I've ever gotten on the jackets.

Artist arena has great service...however I am kind of disapointed I haven't received the rest of the merchandise yet...
