Having read the question correctly & mirroring a previous comment. I don't think anyone will know what was the last vocal recorded purely on the Innuendo album without inside information or a Beatle style anthology.
What I've read is Delilah was one of the earliest tracks worked on early summer 1989, this is only my own speculation perhaps All Gods People may have been early what with Barcelona demo connections (would make sense) Again just my opinion i think The Hitman may have been a later recording as his voice is slightly "thinner" on that, not unlike A Winters Tale

definitely the last song Freddie sang was definitely Mother Love.
Which was written sometime in the summer of 1991 and sung in October or November 1991.
Winter's Tale is actually the last song written by Freddie which was at the end of January or February

Mother Love was filmed May 25, 1991 by David Richards, Freddie my last vocals recorded the fall of 1991 and completed it after his death brian may with the band Queen
After reading the question correctly unlike most of the people on this thread... I believe The Show Must Go On was the last song recorded with Freddie during the Innuendo Sessions. I recall Brian saying that the album was almost completed (most of the songs were recorded and finished) "The Show Must Go On' came from Roger and John playing the sequence, and I started to put things down. At the beginning, it was just this chord sequence, but I had this strange feeling that it could be somehow important, and I got very impassioned and went and beavered away at it. I sat down with Freddie, and we decided what the theme should be and wrote the first verse. It's a long story, that song, but I always felt it would be important because we were dealing with things that were hard to talk about at the time, but in the world of music, you could do it."

By the sound of Freddie's vocals, he sounded very thin, much like the ones on Made In Heaven. So one can almost asume he was close to the end when he sang it.
I also recall Brian saying that Freddie downed a couple a vodkas and said "lets sing this mother fucker" or something along those lines.
