Well, I heard Jamie and Brian use to go back a long way, was it the early 90s? I think. Where, when and how did they come to meet? Because i have most of Brians solo tours and hes in all of them, also at some "one off" concerts and now in the recent Queen and Paul Rodgers tour. So I'm guessing there really close, right? Just would be nice to know how they met.

I met Jamie and the rest of the band (except PR) outside of their hotel in Prague on April last year. He was very nice and signed my tour program. He told me he had a Tex-Mex band when I told him I was from Mexico. Danny Miranda is also very nice, he looked almost surprised when I asked him to sign my tour book, hehe :).

""In 1978 or 1979 I did one gig with Freddie; a charity show at the Coliseum in St. Martin’s Lane, London. We ran through the songs ('Crazy Little Thing Called Love' and bits of 'Bohemian Rhapsody') in the afternoon with Fred but without the full orchestra and he said we were "fabulous". Made my day, that did...
Fred was on stage with the Royal Ballet (wearing a leotard and tights, obviously!) and I was in the orchestra pit with the Royal Philharmonic. Dame Margot Fonteyn was there and very amused by his performance!!"

Anybody seen this show then?
“In Session with the SAS BAND” pilot TV show recorded from 2003. I wonder what it was like. Obviuously, it can't have been that good as it wasn't comissioned.
Also, I wouldn't admit to have worked with the likes of Gary Barlow, Bucks Fizz or Dane Bowers.

Regardless, that's what pays the bills...
