It was officially released in 1997 on the Ghost Of A Smile compilation.

You should get your hands on the "Amigo" Album by Tim Staffel (for example, it's on itunes)

New Versions of Earth and Doing Allright both featuring Brian.

Especially Doing Allright is amazing, imho.
