How to look like Freddie Mercury?

Hey, everyone! I'm 14 and I'm in need of serious help.

I'd like to ask you all for advice about how to make my hair look like the early to mid 70's Freddie Mercury's hair. I know it sounds weird. :D Is there anything specific I should do with my hair? It's black but also slightly wavy. And it's very thick, just like Freddie's hair.

I've been growing it long for some time now, and only cutting the fringe/bangs (whatever!) shorter to resemble Freddie. Since this site is so popular I thought there must be more people interested in growing hair like Freddie Mercury, and there are probably people who have already done so.

So, will you please help me?

Why be totally like him? Everyone has their own style as everyone is unique! I'm sure you're lovely just the way you are!
But if you really wanna tip... wait till you can grow a moustache (unless you only want his 70's appearance)

You're 14. Looking like Freddie is gonna get you beat up. Trust me, I was 14 once too.

Now for something positive. For a Freddie style cut, a salon would be a better choice than a barber shop.

On the other hand, I'm starting to look like Paul Rogers because I'm too lazy to shave on a regular basis.
if you convince ppl that you're a nice guy they won't beat you up.

or maybe it's not as simple as that. depends on where you're from.... not a small homophobic place, is it?

ehh he lives in pepperland, which means he will just have people ask him why he listens to a band other than the Beatles.

Be sure to use hairspray, which I'm sure he is wearing in the Bo. Rap. video. And the eye makeup!

People who look different always seem to attract attention, good bad or otherwise.

I live in one of the largest urban areas in the country. Most 14 year old guys are a little 'phobic anywhere. Fortunatley, most of that dies down by the end of high school.

Oh well. Have fun with whatever you do.

I suppose that you are commenting on the fact that the local classic rock station plays 2 hours of the Beatles on Sunday mornings? Otherwise, I'm not sure how what you said has anything to do with anything. W. Virginia? I could address that, but I won't.

Just to let you all know, I am just having a little fun. Not much of what I have said should be taken very seriously.

Have fun guys!
