YOu MUST download all files and make sure they are all completely downloaded, if the download was cut before it ended, the archive will be corrupt.
You then have to open the first file and it should work, like it did with everyone else.

ETA: Sheesh. Case in point, Just now I had a disconnect after 4 hours, at 70%.
I connected again, and now it tells me 6 and a half hours.

Ack... will try to do these on four overnights, I guess.
