Nope mate, i actually got it from here originally i think, so its not official!

I am not sure, but this should be 6th April 1993 Palace Theatre, Los Angeles, USA. Is that right ?

Well, getting something in here is not a guarantee that something is NOT official (lots of people break the rules every now and then).
But in this case you are right: nothing official at all about this one.
Out on his own is not a real promo by the way, it's just a regular bootleg.
