In that first picture...Fred looks like he's saying to John: Oh, what a wonderful day it is, wouldnt you agree dear? John: Oh yes, indeed it is a marvelous day, mate!

The second one, that is the craziest pic of John I've seen thus far! LOL...he RARELY shows his teeth...so thats something different
