Yeah I love that song, it puts people in a dreamy mood. When friends come over, they request it to make them more comfortable when they fall asleep.
I used to run to that a lot
It's my 2nd favourite Queen song.
I love all the lyrics in this song, you cant go wrong here, but my favourite sentences are:
"With the dream of the world, in the palm of your hands" also.... "It's all so beautiful, like a landskape painting in the sky, yeah!"
"My world is spinning and spinning and spinning, it's unbelieveable, sends me reading... am I dreaming, am I dreaming.... ooooooooo it's bliss."
:D

I've never really liked the song... but I've never "really" listened to it either.
NICE SOLO
I think it's a wonderful song, one of my favs from the MIH album.
Everytime I hear that song I'm having images of that lake in my head (the one on the cover).
really a 'dreamy' song, I love it!

Oh yes! That's how I feel. I picture Freddie writting it near the lake. The swans floating by peacefully and the sun setting. Freddie enjoying it all. :)

This song is so incredible. It sounds like Freddie wrote it in heaven.
Well I couldn't love it anymore if I tried. The music is heavenly and the way Freddie sings it is overpowering. Every word makes me feel like I'm in heaven. :)
Isn't it weird how Freddie wrote songs like that later in his life, yet probably never would back in the 70s or early 80s?
