The baby in the picture is Roger's daughter Rory who was born the previous May. Mary's son Richard was not born yet in 1986.

That baby looks to be about a month old, if that. Not sure how far away the 'previous May' was, but if it was more than 5 weeks it's too long for the baby to look this young.

Rory Taylor was born on May 29, 1986 and the Wembley show, where the picture was taken, was July 12th. So the baby is just over 6 weeks old.
