What's up with QOL?

Is it just me or isn't the forum or the official site working. I've tried both and they don't come up.

I have 'timed out' troubles often. Is that what you mean?

Well the forum is working now but it logged me out and I'm logged in permanently so that's weird. And it's terribly slow. And the QOL site doesn't work at all.

QOL sucks, Its only a market...
