One Vision Question

Hey everyone! I know this is gunna sound stupid, but me and my friend who turned me on to Queen could never figure this out. At the very end of the song "One Vision", the lyrics say that they are saying, "Gimme Gimme Gimme One Vision!", but it sounds like they are saying "Gimme Gimme Gimme Fried Chicken". Am I just hearing things, or did anyone else notice this too?

No you're not hearing things. Freddie really did sing that, though its not in the lyrics. Kind of like an easter egg.

Thanks for letting me know that I wasn't loosing my mind! It sounds like something Freddie would do...but everywhere I looked it said "One Vision" in the lyrics.

For some reason I find Freddie saying "Fried Chicken" at the end to be absolutly hilarious.

I understand and agree with the wailing at the end of Mother Love, but why does "Fried Chicken" bother you so much?

The robot you're referring to is none another than our freddie himself and he is saying "God walks in mysterious ways" , have a few listens to it and you'll work it out.

Jim hutton provided the "fried chicken" line by the way as a joke and freddie put it in as the end of the song.
