Big Brother's Back Again

Why oh why does this show keep on coming back? When was the last series? Wasn't it EARLIER THIS YEAR??? It's only May and we're getting the second series of the year. Why is it so popular? I know it's addictive, I've seen people who hate it watching it because they can't help it. The show is shit. Reality TV is all shit, but this is the shittiest shit of all the shits. It is a complete waste of space on C4, they could easily be running endless repeats of Will & Grace, Friends and Frasier in that time and people wouldn't be going mad from having to watch it.
Seriously, what is so great about Big Brother? What happens? We watch people living together in a house and every week someone gets chucked out. Whoopee. It is complete crap, but what really pisses me off is that it is dragging the Big Brother concept from that classic novel 1984 through shit. If you say to most people "Big Brother" they would think you talking about the TV programme. Most of them haven't heard of George Orwell or 1984, and if you mention it they'll say you're talking bollocks and that Big Brother is a completely original concept.
At least Room 101 has Paul Merton on it. It is a good show because it is funny and isn't on for hours every single day for weeks and doesn't seem to last forever. And it doesn't have ad breaks (although with BB, the ad breaks are a blessing). How many of you have gone into work/school/uni and heard people gibbering on and on about Big Brother, and if you don't watch it you are excluded from every conversation for weeks on end? A lot of you, I would have thought. Has that ever happened with Room 101? Of course not. The show was crap for the first couple of years, now look at it. It is a tired show that never had any legs anyway, the C4 producers are just dragging it out for as long as possible (and then some).
Please, please, please, Mr Head Of Channel 4, please spare us our lives and make this the last series.

MTV's Real Life woz first, but the reality shit we all know today (yes we can all blame the Dutchies now!), with voting and the games is cuz of Big Brother. I liked The Real Life and i liked BB's first season (fun to watch sometimes, cuz it woz a new thing), but when BB woz first broadcasted in 1999 in Holland, the popularity woz at it's height, everywhere u looked u saw BB or people talked about BB. But after so many variations and stupid spin off's, we should start an anti-reality-show movement, cuz this has gone too far. NO MORE BB!!!!

I maintain I hate Big Brother but the same will happen to me as what happen last year and the year before and the year before... I'll watch the first episode, just to see who goes in, then I'll just see them settle in... And then I might just watch the first eviction.. Then maybe I'll just watch the second week, you know.. Then without even realising I will be hooked. Oh well.

Oh Christ... I hate that show so much. It's getting very tedious, the first series was good but the rest were shite.

Reality TV sucks

I'd rather live the rest of my life in a library with every single book named 'The Holy Bible' rather than watch a bunch of nutcases (usually either gay, practising witchcraft, transsexual, very very fat, a whore or just a total twat) sitting and farting for several months non-stop.

I can't see the point of reality shows to be honest.

And to think that they become popular for just sitting in a house getting bored.....Sheesh!
