does anybody knows who plays the piano in Forever?
Brian.

And it's not a demo, which I sometimes see people calling it. It's an actual finished piece. I'd call it more along the lines of a variation on the theme from "Who Wants To Live Forever".

Beautiful piece. Brian under-estimates his piano-playing skills, I think.
Thanks for the info!!

He does but he's good at it. I love that song....
Great song. I always thought it would have made a great B-side or a song to play while past highlight pics came on in some kinda tribute thingie.
MY GOD spell it write.
It was the B-side to the "Who Wants To Live Forever" 12-inch single (12QUEEN 9):

A-side
Who Wants To Live Forever (Single Version)
Who Wants To Live Forever (Album Version)

B-side
Killer Queen
Forever

It also appeared on the Hollywood Records 1991 re-issue of the "A Kind Of Magic" album on CD and cassette in US as a bonus track.
Never got that single, I have never seen it for sale honestly

Yeah - its a beautiful piece of piano, wish I could play it - must get back to learning that instrument again one day.
Think I paid a couple of extra quid to get the version of A Kind of Magic with that and the other bonus stuff on - not sure you can even get the version without anymore.
Glad I did anyway.

...and the original UK CD album, as stated earlier
Yeah, I meant in addition to the UK CD, which was posted earlier.

Anyone should be able to find the track on one of those releases. Is the UK CD still in print over there? The Hollywood Records CD is still available here. Good luck finding the 12" single (try eBay maybe).

Thats not a bad question actually - Im certain you can get A Kind of Magic very easily in the shops, but is it still the version with the "extra magical" stuff on it?
Has there ever been a UK CD release of a version without, or did I imagine that?
