Though I probably shouldn't admit it, I yell at people (or, if I'm offended by the automatically flusing toilet, well it will know exactly what I think of it, if just a rude gesture since I have a sense of social propriety, if only slightly).

But, then, five minutes later, I'm fine. I can switch from pissity to fine in minutes. I don't hold grudges (because I drop them while they're hot). My mother finds this all amazing since she's a fatalist who'll worry about something forever and stay mad once she's mad.
I sort of have 3 stages of anger in arguments.
At first I stay completely cool and get my point across and stay calm... Then I suddenly hit breaking point where I will shout and get mad... and then I kind of run out of steam and start crying. I only seem to get angry in arguments, and these are usually family arguments, I never really argue with my friends.
I shout at the top of my voice and get my point across loud and clear. Sometimes I get my revenge back.... *gives a evil look* lol...
Just a quick burst of throwing items of furniture/objects around the room and maybe a loud scream. Nothing abusive against people though. I'm too much of a cuddly teddy bear to do anything like that.
"It’s not often we play in daylight, and I fucking well wish we did before, I can see you all now. And there are some beauties here tonight, I can tell you!" ;)
Dearie me, I just watched Citizen Kane last night and saw Orson Welles trash a very nice room in his Xanadu... I hope you aren't anything scary like that (I mean, he ripped things off the walls!)! :D

I swear, I will never throw my leopard-print pillow again.

Oh, oopsies. I did chuck a glass-full of water at my brother once when he started singing this song "Joy to the World, For Freddie's Dead" and wouldn't stop.

Oh my! I swear i would kill anyone who sang that in front of me!
Anyone that says to me that they even slightly dislike Queen might want to give a reasonable, lengthy explanation to me very quickly before i tie them up (don't get the wrong idea) and cellotape their eyes open while i give them a 24 hour lecture on 'the many reasons why Queen are the best'!!!!!!

I got this problem.I can handle alot of crap from others around me.Like they makes fun of me or calling me all kinds of things. But some times i get really mad.Like throwing things around and gets really angry. This happens rarly. But i can handle a lot of things before i get relly mad.
Fucking and champagne
I lock myself in the bathroom and write or draw out my feelings. And when I fight with my sisters, there's a lot of cussing from me. A whole lot.

If anyone said that to me, I'd kick their ass! I mean it literally, I'd kick their butt and watch them topple over and crash to the floor. It's pretty funny. :-P

I break things, get really really pissed off, but I NEVER yell or raise my voice. In about an hour or so I'm fine and I forget all about it.

Depends on how angry I am and who I'm angry at, I guess. For example, if my brother and I are mad at each other we go through a few stages. First we might argue. Then we use verbal insults. Then we might push each other around. Then that progresses until we end up in a full-blast brawl on the floor using our fists and such, and him trying to pull of cheap wrestling moves from tv that are really pathetic. After about fifteen minutes of that my mum usually has enough of it and scolds us and then we go separate ways. We may not talk to each other for hours. Typically, by the end of the night we already forgot about it. But that's just a sibling thing.

If I'm arguing with anyone else I will try to end it once it gets past a certain point. My seventh grade teacher years ago once told my class, "If you know something is going to end up in a fight, just say whatever and walk away." Sometimes ending it like that works out pretty well.

If I'm angry for any other reason I usually do any of the following to cool off:
Listen to some heavier music.
Go in my room and watch a movie (by the time it's over I feel a lot better)
Write about it
Clean my room
Go outside and take a walk

Some good advice my history teacher told us is that you should never go to bed upset with someone. You should always try to straighten things out before. I guess it's because you'll hold the grudge for so much longer if you don't.
"The walls we build around us to keep sadness out also keep out the joy." (Jim Rohn)
When im angry I act cool (when it involves the family) but when it gets to dinner time I put loads of pepper on who ever annoyed me dinner.Im evil when I wanna be
I wish I could just go, and take a looong walk with my CD player when I'm mad. But my parents won't even let me go outside by myself. Pretty much the farthest I'm allowed to go alone to is the bus stop. I'm serious.
