[QUOTENAME]YourValentine wrote: [/QUOTENAME]We are talking about the second DVD, Bob.
The 30th anniversary edition has ANATO CD and
ANATO DVD with new video clips and audio commentary to the songs of the album. This is what we are talking about
The Classic album edition has 2 DVDs, one is Making of ANATO and the other one is the same DVD as in the 30th anniversary edition (at least I think it's identical). For the people who already bought the 30th anniversary edition there is a single DVD release with the Making Of ANATO DVD, only. But in many shops it was the same price, so I bought the double DVD edition.
Thanks for clearung this up!! But the only one I've seen here is the this single-disc and apparently incomplete version. Dammit!
Can someone please post the 1979 screenshot so I can put in my two cents as well?

Yeah.
Your DVD isn't "imcomplete" as such Bob, you just somehow appear to be completely oblivious to the existence of the ANATO 30th Anniversary CD+DVD.
Which isn't such a bad thing, considering the brouhaha it caused at the time...

No, I fully realize it existed. I didn't know the two versions of the DVD are different.

Aah. Fair enough. But you certainly seem to have missed out on something.
I suppose the chronology of events was like this :
- ANATO 30th Anniversary CD + DVD is released.
- ANATO Classic Albums appears on TV (asbolutely in no way affiliated with the aforementioned CD + DVD).
- ANATO Classic Albums is announced as being released in both single (an extended version of the TV programme) and double DVD versions.
- Everyone speculates as to what will be on the second DVD of this release.
- The second DVD turns out to be the exact same DVD that came with the ANATO 30th Anniversary CD, that everybody already owns.
- Everyone bitches at QP.

Mister Greg Brooks is back in da house - surely HE can tell us where the footage comes from!
Anyone daring enough to ask him?? ;-)

I uploaded 3 screen shots to the "Misc" section
I thought I'd bring this one back for a moment.
We all thought it was a big deal that this DVD showed Freddie revealing he had written We Are The Champions during the ANATO period, but I was just listening to a radio interview he did in 1984, and he said it then too. So it wasn't as "under wraps" as we thought it was.
Just thought I'd throw that in.
