I would say walking one of my friends to her place at 1:45 in the morning, and both of us simultaneously starting to sing Bohemian Rhapsody.
Man, I wish we were given more opportunities like that without being looked at funny.

Accually I was refeering to The Show Must Go On video...but the clip was from IWTBF
Publicly it's clearly Live Aid.
Musically, for me it's the Deacy Amped/Red Special orchestra created in place of a more common solo, for Brian's song, "All Dead All Dead". I could tie other genious songs with their genious moments, just as worthy, but above all else, the All Dead moment was the first conscious moment I understood(before I knew shit about it in terms of information) that Queen's greatest edge for me was the Unique sound of May's guitar, and at that same moment, playing the track all those years ago, I was sure and conscious that the guitar was something different from everything else.

Okay, now that I am more drunk and reading my short response which is my one final answer for the record... I just want to share a few other Queen moments which I will only list upon the magnitude on a personal level of being moments which emotionally hit me in ways that make my immature 32 year old ass seeme like an age maturity level of something that ends with the word, "...teen".
1. Live Aide for sure. I will mention others at first thought, without any consdieration of rank:
I actually cried with heavy tears when I left my local mall and it's music store 11 years ago, seconds which were taken humble and respectful awareness of in that I was preparing to put 'Made In Heaven' into my cd player. I took the moment, which broke out the tears, to acknowledge that it was most certainly the last time ever that I will take a Queen album for a listen for the first time ever. I figured and anticipated track 2, 'Made In Heaven' to contain Brian's guitar in replacement of Freddies chords that start the song. When it happened, I lost it and screamed with adrenalin at the launch of my final musical moment to enjoy a fresh Queen album.
I smiled wide with silly pride the first, and every multiple time since, that VH1 aired thre top 100 greatest moments in rock history or whatever it is, with a USA played moment that acknowledges Live Aide at number 4, and takes the time to acknowledge and pay proper respect to the singular dominance Queen performed over the other acts.
Brian playing on the roof at the Jubilee Queen party at the palace was freaking cool as hell!
I remember my first viewing of the bootleg Earl's Court concert which came with a list that failed to mention one song, 'Doing Alright' in it's set list. The surprise of it was only topped by the performance which I consider if made to chose 1 song, as the all-time greatest Queen performance of any one individual song in any one particular show. They made that song fly far more than it did before.
Meetin BM in j'91 was the shit.
I must say, seeing them with Paul 3 times starting with Birimingham, England was my personal favorite moments.
