Hello everybody! This summer I'm going to Nice (France) on holiday....I'd like to visit the Super Bear Studios, where Queen recorded most of the Jazz album back in 1978!!! Does it still exist? If it is not so........is there anybody who knows the address of the former studio?......Please help me!!!!! Thanks. Alfred from Italy

Dunno, but you could/should ask the same in some forums of other bands, to increase the range of your public. The Wall was recorded there as well, and some Paul McCartney and Ringo things.
Gilmour has recorded his "David Gilmour" album there in 1978 as well as Queen (and Van Morrison but in 1980).
