I beg to differ. ABBA produced a steady output purely formulaic music, and thus not artistically interesting. Moreover, their lyrics were shallow and overly 'catchy' (at the cost of poetic content). That to me does not make a good band.

How about adding a guy named Spike Edney to the line up for some extra keyboards?... only for live appearances, that good enough.
