Has anybody actually received theirs from QOL yet?
I ordered mine two weeks ago (when they finally got round to having it listed for sale) and I'm still waiting...
Wish I'd got it from Japan now.

further to above posting - I've just checked my credit card bill and they've not even taken the money!
It took them nearly 4 weeks after it's release date to even list it for sale on the site and now, two weeks later, they obviously STILL don't have stocks in.
You'd think that the shop on Queen's own website would get stuff in early!!!

Sadly I can't recommend buying from QOL, they never deliver on time and take weeks to do anything. and the pre-sale stuff is just a joke you end up getting it way after it is available in the shops.

I ordered from QOL a couple of days after they released it, and my DVD arrived in 3 days! Can't complain this time, although I have had problems with them before (I'm in the UK by the way)
I've just had a reply from QOl - and they're telling me they've not had stock yet!
I purchased a copy off ebay, payed for it last Wednesday and it arrived on Monday morning and that came from Japan ! Cost the same price as QOL too.
OK, so we can add "lying" to "slow" and "overpriced".
I received this double dvd a couple of days after ordering. The concert is superb as we already knew. The extra disc is not that special, though it's nice to have some backstage footage (budapest). It has a small section in which fans who are waiting outside talk about the tour in their own language. You can also see Michelle (who sadly passed away) saying a few words.

i have placed 4 orders with QOL and each ordeal has been a nightmare.i have a feeling QOL is Ratty sitting in his basement with packages scattered about.And usually they are 10% more then other outlets.Glad to know the fans are important to them.
