Squint... squint... If you've got "PhotoShop" or anything like that you can use the "Brightness/Contrast" changing tool to make it easier to see ! I do this sometimes, because my scanner tends to make everything lighter than it appears in person. Do you like drawing hair ? I would guess that you do. I like drawing hair. Also, you draw nice eyes.
I don't have photoshop, and my scanner does the same wretched thing! But here it is a tad bigger: http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i13/Silver_Seas/dead-1.jpg
And thanks for the the compliment, coming from you, it must really mean something! :D

AND 'TIS YOUR REVIEW:
Your comic is too good for words! I'm going to be repeating my points over and over and over again here, but, hey! xD It's still making me laugh after all these pages. You've got a great sense of humor, very dry. Freddie's was dry, too, so that's fantastic when it comes to his lines! xD It's very creative, and the drawings are still amazing me.
As for the bad points.... Quite frankly, I couldn't find any. :-/ I bet Simon Cowell would be struggling to find any flaws in your work!
And just a question... How do you manage to draw those wonderful dolls on MS paint?? Is it kind of like "Paint"? Do you just drag the mouse and draw, or what?
Thank you !! That bigger one is SO HUGE on 800x600 ! Hm... DO you have a high-speed Internet ? I could try to send you PhotoShop-Free-With-a-Scanner-Edition (um... it's all I've got... but it works enough).

MSPaint is Paint... I think. The thing with the little coloured pencils in the white cup icon, I think. The MS is just "MicroSoft". It's under "Accessories" on my computer. Um... It's got a star and a rectangle in the upper part of the tool-box... Um... Yes, I draw with the mouse... because... um... I like clothes... a lot... XD

I hope to see your comic some time !

When I'm not being kicked off the computer !! :P
--------

K. dodo => You've got nice shading and muscles there ! And I don't know if it's on purpose or not, but the red-ness is pretty neat. The only problem I see is that the pproportions are a bit off, especially in the legs. Don't be discouraged by that bit, though ! And it's okay to be 14. I was 14 just recently, you know !

Stormblost => Do you have a link to yours ? I can't tell which it is... I'm not sure...
Yay, I do have high speed internet! :-D

You mean it's the plain old Microsoft Paint?! Here I was thinking it was a special program... Wow, you really did it on PAINT? :0 :0 And I like clothes, too. And makeup. xD
I'll post my tiny comic when I can get the scanner back from my dad. See, he dragged it all the way to the other room to print some stuff on his laptop.. :P

Thanks! And yeah I know that I have to learn a lot, and 'practise' to get better! Thanks for the advisement about the proportions, next time I'll pay more attention for that ;)
btw you're artwork is amazing :))

I'll try to send it to you in a few days (it's about 50Mb, and I'm on Dial-up right now so... that's not happening).

^ Only the first two pages work right now (the floppy disk with the rest "corrupted"...), but it's the start of my "how-to" guide... with pictures !

Also, I have set this monitor to 1024x768, so I am ready for any comics ! XD

I spelt proportions with two p's ! If you're interested, I would reccomend looking at pictures or an anatomy book (rather than a "how-to-draw" one). But it seems like you're on the right track for that, since your drawing looked very realistically done already !

I haven't forgotten. My brother gave the CD back to my dad, so I will have to retrieve that before I can send it to you... blech !

Your photo made me laugh.

About Drawing :

Hm... What ?

Oh, yeah...

- With arms at the sides, elbows are usually at belly-button level.
- Raised straight in the air, the elbow is near the top of the head.
- Fists are weirdly small.

Everyone has different proportions, so there aren't really any "perfect" ones. I remember reading that a lot of medieval/reniassance artists used themselves to create charts of the supposedly "perfect" proportions. I sometimes use myself to see how something would work (such as holding my arm a certian way or something), but only in general.

You can re-produce the look of manga toner (all the little dotty and line-y things) for free with PhotoShop.

Hair makes people's heads look bigger. Especially, long, poofy hair...

Heart-shaped faces are the most feminine, and, in my opinion - prettier than oval ones. This is the kind of face a certain Roger-person's got.

Oval-shaped faces are supposed to be "perfectly proportioned". Look, John's PERFECT.

In the early days of Queen, John's hair-stylist was a blind chipmonk. John never noticed. Thankfully, the chipmunk died just in time for "The News of the World".

He also had chubby cheeks (on his face, you pervert).

Square-shaped faces are the most masculine. This would be Freddie and Brian and their chins. And Jennifer Lopez... bwahahahaha...

Michael Jackson stole Freddie's nose.

Freddie had a weirdly shaped head.

Brian's nose is the easiest to draw.

I think guys with upturned button-noses and rosey cheeks look like serial-killer psychos.

No anything from me. I will be getting DSL Internet in the next week and a better computer on the 11th. At such time, I'll actually be able to do stuff.

Also, if you for some reason believe that I make good proportions... I always go for what looks good, rather than what's possible or anything.

^ BUT, if anyone would be so kind as to tell me if that looks something like who it's supposed to be, I would be grateful. I will post an outfit when I've got it done, but so far he's just a half-shaded creepy Ken-doll-like thing. Oh, and, my brother pretty much dared me to do this.

http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n310/KelleyofLove/notwo.gif

^ See, it's blue.
Huh ?

What happened to the post order... ?

It's all screwy... :/

EDIT : Okay, now that I posed this, it's back to normal.

I must have some magical powers.
Yay, I love reading your posts! :D
And I do the same thing, I always hold my arm out when I sketch... Plus, sometimes I hold champagne glasses, but then I mess up. So I hide the glass in my sister's closet. :P
Brrrrrrrian!!! XD
And you've got the best outfit ideas! If you ever opened up a boutique, I'd be the first one there! XD
-Things Have Changed For Me-
Okay, I am presently cringing at some of the stuff I submitted earlier into this thread. Oh, God. And I can't delete it, cause people quoted me. :P

Oh, it's not that bad a situation. Just let it remind you how much Better you've gotten. See, if you've improved enough to be disgusted at your old stuff, that's actually a GOOD thing, since it means you've grown as an artist !

Annnnnd... now I'm being kicked off the computer !
