There's also a cover of Melody Maker with Freddie AND Paul Rodgers on the cover. ;-)

The vitrol from almost all of Rolling Stone's reviews is telling: At the time of release, everyone of Queen's albums suck; everyone of Led Zeppelin's albums suck; everything Mick Jagger has done solo is great; everything Bono has ever touched is world-alteringly brilliant and Yoko Ono is just so essential to the worlds future that she pisses liquid gold...I forgot just how much of an asshole Jann Wenner (publisher/head of RS) is. He worships and promotes artists like Elvis Costello, Jackson Brown and Randy Newman as if the world is too stupid to buy their albums because we don't realize just how brilliant they are, but he would/will do anything to minimize bands like Queen (and all hard rock acts except maybe Guns and Roses). I seem to remember that Roger had a real hate-hate relationship with them...I can see why.

Talking of reviews does anybody have any reviews of any Queen or solo albums / singles / concerts?

Over the next few weeks several articles / reviews will be added to the site from the early 70s onwards.
