I was to his concert in Oslo on saturday.

He rocks, man!! :D
Just wanted to let you all know ^^
"it's better to be hated for who you are, than to be loved for who you're not"
Nah, he sucks.

He definately rocks!

Too bad you guys are not sophisticated enough to see it! ;-)
He rocks. But we all know that, as nice a guy as he may be, Jingles knows zilch about music.
I've never heard of Lou Reed, but his name tells me all I need to know about him.

I had thought better of you. Rather narrow-minded.
"I've never heard of Lou Reed, but his name tells me all I need to know about him."

- I have no idea what you mean by that, someone care to enlighten me? What an ignorant git I am.

PS. Allow me to state again: lou reed rocks. I wish I could write songs half as good as him.

Trust me, you're not missing anything great.

Go listen some real music like Zeppelin, Floyd or The Beatles.

Yeah, that's right - get your basics first.
Obviously if you never even heard of Lou Reed you are not ready for him.
Lou Reed/Velvet Underground comes about 15 years after your first Beatle record, 12 years after your first Zeppelin and 13 years after your first Floyd album.
Generally!
Of course some people are musically not intellectual enough to EVER get it.

#You took the words right out of my mouth#
The lyrics directly after this are not applicable, mind!

Nah, seriously... Jingles, man... I love you, but... anyone that in all objectivity says that by not knowing at least Transformer or Berlin (pick your favourite 'Lou') you are not missing anything great, lacks some serious musical sense!

So Bowie isn't 'real' music either, then??
