If your user account does not work....

after Richard moved the website to another server you might have a problem with old cookies. Please go to
tools--> internet options in your Internet Explorer and delete the cookies. Restart the browser (In Firefox it's in "Privacy") and try again. In most cases this helps.

On a related topic, i'm completely unable to even get onto queenzone from home. I've tried from my desktop and my laptop, using both IE and Firefox, and still no joy. I can only get on at work at the moment. Any ideas?
