"Despacito mi amor" is difficult to translate into English, but I don't think it would be "very slowly my love".

If it were "Despacio, mi amor", it would mean "Slow, my love". Since the words are "Despacito", which is the diminutive of "Despacio", I just don't know! :)

Is there a diminutive of slow, in English?
