Body Image

There's a lot of stuff on about body image around at the mo, and me and a friend wanted to know what people thought. Is big beautiful? I personally think that curves are better, but the media seems to disagree. What do you all think? I'd appreciate some reply from guys too lol

Body image doesn't really matter to me. Skinny, curvy, each is unique. If every girl tried to change their body to fit society's mold of the "beautiful woman", it would be awful, and very dull. Variety is good, and personality is what really matters. And the same goes for men.. The mold seems to say that muscles and six packs are the hottest thing ever. Personally, I hate them.. :S But that's just me. :P

I hate big muscles and six packs too. It looks so... ugh. I don't agree with the "perfect body" image the media has made us think is what is desirable... although I still hate my huge thighs and I wish certain things were a little bigger, lol.

I have hips, but, and small boobs... Everyhting n me is big apart from my mouth, and bobs :s... But I love myself anyways ;)

What if the guys on QZ prefer boys?

Well, im curvier with ham hock thighs (as opposed to chicken legs)...
And a bubble bum....

But im not perfect, not even the models are, i mean their photos are airbrushed!!!

Everyones different and each person should define their OWN ideals of beauty, not bloody magazines or society...

I dont really care for big muscles or anything... i prefer tall and lanky or gangly or whatever...
But it doesnt matter....
Good smiles usually get me... or a lovely pair of peepers....

But it should be the person themselves that matters... unfortunatly today, thats not the case...
Beautiful souls get me the most....

but body image can really ruin people, make them ill or depressed....
As long as you are healthy and happy, thats what should matter....

Im actually too slim,I dont know how cause I eat like a horse!It'll catch up on me but I really dont care.Marlin monroe was a size 16 and look how loved she was!if I were a guy,Id prefer a woman with curves!
