i stupid, but technacal question

i notice, on the boards that, its like "im a fool said:" and then they post theyre message underneth. how do you do that?

In the line above your text which includes the date, click on the final icon which should say: "Reply with quote." You can then edit the other person's text if you only want to quote a certain part. But make sure you click it in the message you want.
