yesterday i was watching one of those 9/11 conspiracy documentaries and they mentioned how the US government had created some sort of device which after 10 minutes of analysing somebody's voice could then produce conversations with exactly the same form of soung or voice(a little bit like in Terminator Part 2) So wouldn't it be incredible if Freddie's voice could be fed into the device and songs new songs could be produced!
p.s i don't believe in the conspiracy theories surrounding 9/11...well at least not all of them

I think that would be really amazing, but I'm pretty sure 95% of the comments this topic will get will be like:
Freddie is dead, get used to it!
Nothing will bring Freddie back, he's DEAD!
That is soooooo stupid, Freddie DIED 15 years ago, he's not singing anymore!

^ Not necessarily.. :p
Here's one for ya... I read a year ago in my lovely music magazine that a company had developed a piece of software to replicate a person's singing voice. It merely needed the person singing vowel sounds to recreate that person's singing voice!
Shame I lost it cause I'm sure there was a weblink.
Peace,
Adam.

no i accept freddie's death but wouldn' it be great to record previously unrecorded songs(if there are any?) it would be incredible!
But no device can ever put all the unique emothions Freddie put in the songs. :)
well said, dude.
Would they type what they would want him to say?

Reproducing Tupac songs without Tupac wouldn't be rocket science.
1). Wait outside door of recording studio.
2). Grab the 1st unwitting soul to walk past.
3). Slap a pair of headphones on him
Done.
I've been wondering why they haven't made a Freddie voice synth for years - he sung just about every note there was within his range. At the very least they should sell a Freddie keyboard that plays backing harmonies using his voice. It'd be like a mellotron, playing back samples of his voice in all different notes... it'd kick arse.

not even close to sound ....good tho lol
Whilst it would, of course, be nice to hear 'new' Freddie songs, it wouldn't be the same, because you would know it wasn't Freddie! However, I wonder if this kind of device could be used, say, to fill in gaps in incompleted songs.
let's use a same program when paul rodgers is singing on a new tour with queen!
well brian could release so-called 'new material' which would make quite a few fans happy and take some pressure of him for all these new realses...lol
dont you think that it would sound a little odd? nothing can reproduce freddies voice. its so impssible. (paul rogers voice maybe, but not freddies!)
I don't for a minute it'd sound Just Like Freddie, but it'd be an awesome thing to experiment with. I don't know why they don't take on a project like that, just for a laugh even.
