I would say yes,it's official.
The Peter Straker, Larry Lurex and Smile songs were officially released before being compiled on Pre Ordained. Ironicly, this pirate compilation can be purchased in many stores for some odd reason.

This is a bootleg, but contains very bad sound quality versions of some official tracks. I'd say upload the Peter Straker stuff as it hasn't been available for YEARS.
