Hi there back again with hopefully a new topic i recently out of sheer boredom went into my vault of videos and watched The magic years volumes 1 2 and 3 and it took me back to when i first watched this way back in 1987?? i think that's right!!, and i really enjoyed watching these after nearly 19 years.

What really stood out though and it's my fave is volume 2 live killers in the making i really like the footage they show which at the time was new and unseen and shows queen at their live best.

I just wondered what you guys thought about it at the time or now even but i know one thing we are well overdue this on official dvd and with a lot more to offer.
Yes we'll keep on tryin we'll tread that fine line oh oh we'll keep on tryin till the end of time till the end of time.

I Love Queen!!!
I have the Boxset, 3 tapes. Yes, I love it!

It's a DoRo-production, so that says it all. It's still quite nice, though. But, it could be much better.
John: "It's the one thing I wish I could do - sing."
I bought it when it first came out, I watched it all the time, haven't seen it in years many because it's been cut up and shown in just about eveything DoRo have done since which was a real shame, at the time it was great to seen unreleased stuff, now I think it's the only time they took a camera with them!
"It is better to sit in silence and have people think you're a fool, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt"
i just ordered it, cant wait to get it!
"Boredom is the biggest disease in the whole world, darling." Unfortunately, I have it.
The documentary was alright but then was rendered obsolete once the Champions Of The World documentary came out which went up to Made in Heaven. Seeing Roger with a beard was funny(he looked a bit like Kenny Rogers). Then watching the part on Freddie's passing was very sad.
"Spread your wings and fly away, fly away, far away!", "No one makes me sing lullabies and no one makes me close my eyes"
I haven't been able to find this on NTSC yet. :(
