Suprisingly, George Harrison. I simply adore the Beatles, all of them! But George really came through with his musical work. Wether it was during the Beatles("Love You To" etc) or during his solo career ("All Things Must Pass"). I am a big fan of Lennon("Plastic Ono Band" is one record that barely leaves my turntable), and of Paul McCartney and Wings("London Town" is simply one of the best LPs ever!) and even of Ringo Starr(I must have worn out my single of "Photograph" great song, from a great album!). I definately recommend the "Best Of George Harrison", even though its quite outdated(I believe it only goes up to his 2nd or 3rd album). It is an amazing sample of the soulful and psychedelic singer/songwriter George was!

I love them all, but George is my favorite any day of the week.

John - An idealist, a great songwriter, his voice still has a great influence in young artist

Paul - The real scientist, because of him we can listen now loops and reverse tapes (well with a little help from Lennon)

George - Amazin guitarrist, it's hard to create a simple sound, a master (All things must pass, by far the best post-beatles album)

About the Paul and John situation. I think Paul's song "Here today" from his "Tug of war"-album is a simple and beautiful "take care my friend". Never uncomplicated to say "I love you" but Paul finally does and that brings John back to him. Here today.

I cried when he performed that song on the 'Driving Rain Tour' back in 2002.

The giant screens showed clips from Paul and John in their Beatle days. Very touching indeed.
