HELP!

Anyone here use AIM's free email service??
I cant read any of my mail the past few days. I even visited the help site, but nothing came up in regards to my specific problem...

Are you having problems as well???
heres my problem,

When i go to open the message, an error message comes up simply saying AN ERROR HAS OCCURED and then says if the problem persists, visit the help site...

Any light on this problem? Is anyone else having the same problem??
