Hi, im looking for some info on how Queen decided to name themselvs queen, if you can help me i will appretiate it!

I think Freddie just thought of it because he thought it sounded regal. A good, strong, powerful, name.

Exactly. It was short, sweet, and to the point. Plus, "old queen" seemed to be Freddie's nickname.. :P

My friend pointed out they other day that if they had named themselves Build Your Own Boat, they would be BYOB, I started to laugh my fucken ass off.

Well i Definatly like Build Your Own Boat better than THE RICH KIDS, but QUEEN fit them perfectly i think. They definatly made the right choice!
