Hello again Greg, i have a serious and legitimate question for you. Could you please answer this once and for all, Is/Was there EVER any tracks for Queen II called "Deep Ridge", and/or "Surrender To The City"? I find it unlikely, but i do know that there were a few unfinished and possibly unrecorded tracks for this album and that they had to use old tracks and finish SSOR to complete this album because of Sheffield's. Please answer this so that alot of Queen fans can get on with the show?
Bump up for Greg to answer question
come on Greg
Now don't go making absurd claims, Thijs.
Not Plutus but Apollo rules Parnassus

Stop being concerned. Tell Greg B to FO. It's a matter of time before he's sacked. Don't be horrible to him though cos he seems to love Queen but has a very wrong way of doing his job. He may spend days looking at a version of "My Melancholy Blues" thinking of the nuances of "come and get me" but then he looks at his fridge and thinks "I need some milk to keep my hopeless life adrift". Listen - GREG BROOKES IS HISTORY - stop all com with him now,

I agree, but i am not being horrible to him, i am asking a legitimate question that needs to be addressed by someone who thinks he knows more about Queen than anyone.

Hi there, i bet you didn't expect to see me here? lol I must point out that you need to find a better solution to your anger and hatred towards Mr. Brooks. I am sorry mate but some of the things you have said have made me sad, you are not in a courtroom here mate. Sit back and stay calm and you shall receive your answers. Mr. Brooks, can you now please answer the question, as i wish to know the answer also? And just because i and YSM are very good longtime friends doesn't mean that i do not deserve a reponse, as i respect your work, obviously YSM may not, and has issues with you, but we have our own ego's and opinions. So i ask you in desperation to know the truth. Good Day mate.

Isn't irony delicious?

Has John S. Stuart moved into the Queen Archive room and nobody told me?

Greg, for better or worse you are the Official face of the Queen archive, and to write the above under the guise of your authorized title, is both an insult and a slap in the face to us all, and is a blatant misuse of the authority and trust placed in you by the band and fans alike.

Any one else would (correctly) be hammered as a spammer.

Forgive me for repeating myself, but, I am posting this everywhere the Official Queen Archivist can read it, to remind him of the promise he made to me on 11th July 2006 .

Now there is no excuse to say that he did not see it, or that he overlooked my mail.

Therefore, if you a man of your word, and can you please reply to the request below?

[QUOTE][QUOTENAME]John S Stuart wrote: [/QUOTENAME]Therefore, I accept your very kind offer;http://www.queenzone.com/queenzone/forumnew/forum_topic_view.aspx?Q=821653

Queen Archivist: "If John S. Stuart would like to make the extent of his knowledge known to us all, including the things he 'thinks' exist, and he puts it on the table, I will confirm or not that they exist or not. NO confusion, no guessing, no misleading misinformation. John, what do you REALLY know. What do you REALLY have to offer as fact?"

As I have been so free with my version of events re: Queen II recording sessions, and I have placed all my knowledge "...on the table", I hope you can oblige and let me know EXACTLY where I have gone wrong.

I really look forward to reading your informative reply,

I do too, but I think the chances of a response would be the same as if there was only one such example and believe JSS runs the risk of overdoing it in the meantime. The entire site's already being tarred with one "moaning, nitpicking, abusive", why add repetition to the charge sheet?

I agree with you PG, and I know what you say is correct, and I really do not want to press any self-destruct buttons, but sometimes it is really difficult...

But I promise myself not to be so OCD next time around.
