I just see Freddie, but the rest i can't say

In this one i can see Freddie and Peter Straker talking in the kitchen, but the one with the hat is who i cant see
Is it Jim Hutton?

All i know is that both videos were recorded during Xmas in 1989. The one in the Freddie´s kitchen seems to be recorded by Phoebe (some people say they can heard Roger´s voice),where you see Peter Straker, Freddie and the one with the hat is Trevor "BB" Clark.
The other video, seems to be Logan Mews, where Freddie is giving some kind of "tour" for some friends through the bathroom and bedroom.
