heehee. That reminds me.Someone I know went up to Brian and said 'Ha.Your a tall b*stard aren't you!?' And Brian just looked him up and down and said 'f*ck off you runt.'
It's really a lovely picture, you know.
Wow, if that would have happened to me I would have been running home in tears, really. To have one of the men I admire the most in the world get pissed off at me and call me an asshole...

LMAO! You know, then you should've said "Now can I have twenty five cents because you ruined my picture?"
:-P

I would still cling to him... crying, broken, sad and everything else since he is my idol, but I would cling to him and shred his skin...
[QUOTENAME]bas asselbergs wrote: [/QUOTENAME]it was at the german open air show in Saarbruecken that he had green hair....Freddie threw a silver chain away and i cought it....i gave it to the singer of MayQueen a little while ago....i had had it for so long, that i thought it was time to let somebody else enjoy it now...so i chose him to carry it further. The show was superb, and i was hoping to find someone who has that particular show on film....
Again, what has you catching a trinket from Freddie (if you are telling the truth) got to do with the picture incident???!!! *rolls eyes* ANYWAY, I do believe that Roger was EXTREMELY out of line with his comment and actions, if indeed this story is true. To have a "Rock Star" cop an attitude like that with a fan about a picture that was taken a long time ago is totally unacceptable. He needs to get over the green hair thing, again, if that is what makes him mad about the photo. He acted very childish indeed.

Same here! Ah well that's Roger for you, but don't you just love him!

I met Roger at the Atlantic Towers Hotel in Liverpool before the Empire dates on the Crazy Tour. We were very naughty. One of my straight mates chatted up a waitress in the restaurant and asked what rooms the band were in. She said she didn't know but that Paul McCartney was in town the previous week and he used a suite on the top floor. So, we just got in the lift and went up to the suites - in Queen t-shirts, covered in badges, scarves etc. When the lift door opened there was a woman opposite at the door of a linen cupboard. We asked what suites the band were in saying we were from the theatre. She gave us a list saying "you know the assumed names don't you?". Bless her. We plumped for Mr. Mason in the Port Of Liverpool Suite. We knocked on the door. After about 2 minutes ROGER ANSWERED THE DOOR fresh out of the shower in a black bath robe. He looked a bit startled and we asked for a couple of photos etc. He said "Just stay there, I'll be with you in a minute". He closed and locked the door. About 30 seconds later a (very camp) bloke came down the corridor saying we must go down to the lobby. He came in the lift with us. He said Roger would come down and see us if that is what he said. I asked him what his job was. He said "I take care of Roger's hair". Anyway, half an hour later Roger came down, signed everything, did all the photos we wanted and was completely lovely.
